Highly concentrated, phosphoric acid based rim cleaner for cleaning dismantled acid-resistant wheels/rims in mechanical wheel/rim washing systems (closed systems). Brake dusts and other inorganic dirt are removed quickly and thoroughly. Extremely economical consumption. Quick-separating in accordance with ÖNORM 5106. With Daimler approval.

Recommendations for use

Depending on the wash program in the wheel wash system a defined amount of Felgenreiniger A is sprayed automatically onto the rim. After the preset reaction time it is rinsed off with a high-pressure water jet. Neutralisation with KocPlus 25% is essential for discharging the waste water into the sewage system or into service water systems. The required amount must be set by means of experiments and through the internal machine controller, or through the pump setting. Optimum pH number of the waste water: 7-8.
