Your Responsibilities

During your 2-year apprenticeship, you will learn the correct handling of chemical substances and the various processing methods. For example, you will learn how high-quality automotive polishes are created from powders, solvents, oils and various additives. In our production department, you will operate equipment and monitor and document the manufacture of high-quality products. You are responsible, for example, for the determination of substance properties and substance constants. Environmental protection plays a major role in your work.

Your Responsibilities

During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will pass through various commercial departments and be familiarized with the business processes there. After a comprehensive induction, you will take on varied tasks in the sales, shipping, marketing, controlling, human resources and financial accounting departments. In the course of your training, you will develop into a real all-rounder and thus lay the foundation for a successful professional future.

Your Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Manager, you will take full ownership of warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient handling and storage of chemical products.
You will lead and develop the warehouse team while driving operational performance across receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping, ensuring strict compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you combine hands-on operational leadership with structured process management and system-driven control. The accurate use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, strong execution, and a clear focus on safety, inventory integrity, and team performance are essential for success in this role.
  • Full responsibility for daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Ensuring an efficient warehouse layout and product accessibility 
  • Managing and optimizing inventory accuracy using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and external logistics providers
  • Leading, training, and developing warehouse staff, setting clear expectations and performance standards
  • Delegating tasks and prioritizing workloads to meet operational deadlines
  • Conducting performance evaluations and supporting employee development
  • Ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment and shipment documentation
  • Monitoring key warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping performance
  • Driving continuous improvement of warehouse processes, efficiency, and cost optimization

Your profile

  • 5+ years of warehouse management experience, ideally in chemical or manufacturing environments
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Strong inventory management and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of chemical storage regulations and hazardous materials handling
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
