Koch-Chemie Donates Disinfectant

Since April, Koch-Chemie, based in Unna, has been producing disinfectants according to WHO recipes, thus actively contributing to the containment of COVID-19. Koch-Chemie is a manufacturer of cleaning and care products for washing chemistry, vehicle preparation, workshops and industry. As a manufacturer of chemicals, it was an obvious decision to also produce disinfectants during the Corona crisis and thus to partially convert production.

By means of flexible and quick decisions, the necessary approval of the state government was obtained, the raw materials sourced and both production and sales were adjusted. Since 25 March, 30,000 bottles have been filled, the entire quantity has already been sold or pre-ordered. The disinfectant is only sold to professional users. It is not possible to purchase the product directly from Koch-Chemie at the plant. The distribution is organized through sales representatives. If you are interested, please contact T +49 2303 986700 or info@koch-chemie.de.

As soon as the next batches of disinfectant are filled, Koch-Chemie will donate 60 1L bottles to the Lebenszentrum Königsborn in Unna. The recognised competence centre for people with disabilities accompanies and treats people with severe multiple disabilities, adults in a coma vigil and in regression phases as well as children and young people with neurological diseases, social and psychological problems.
